I love helping people. It’s always been in my DNA. Especially women who want to create life on their own terms, but lack that confidence. I am so passionate about helping them realise their full potential, have the courage to follow their dreams and build that self confidence to just go for it.
It all starts from within and trust me, I know exactly what it feels like to have those self doubts, those fears and the belief that you don't have what it takes. But YOU do!

Why am I the best person to help you?
I ditched the 9-5 and have been my own boss for over 10 years now. I’ve gone from being a successful interior stylist, launched the first digital interiors magazine, ran an award winning blog, appeared on the BBC, various newspapers and travelled thanks to my work. All this would not have been possible if I didn't have the courage or confidence to really believe in myself and just go for it.
But that feeling of not being good enough and struggling with self-confidence are issues that plagued me through out my teens and early twenties. I’ve managed to break free from them and found that inner peace – It wasn't an overnight success, I had to work at it, but by changing my mindest and turning around my limiting beliefs, I totally reframed my thinking.
Today I am no longer the girl I was back then, but a woman who really believes in herself and that anything is possible. It’s for this reason I realised I wanted to be a coach to women, It comes naturally for me wanting to help people achieve their dreams, and remove those self doubts that can become obstacles. Together anything is possible and I will help YOU to break free from what is holding you back! If I can do it, then so can you!
I am a certified coach, trained and qualified with Animas Centre for Coaching (Diploma in Personal Transformation Coaching), recognised by the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching. I am also an EMCC Global Practitioner.
